About the role
As a Supervisory Auditor (Performance), you will: Have primary authority over the day-to-day audit operations which includes planning, executing, reporting, and liaison functions. Oversee and support personnel engaged in the development of polices and program guidance and the delivery of expert technical advice and assistance to OIG audit management, as well as program liaison to assigned HUD agencies. Operations may receive Congressional or media attention. Oversee and provide technical and administrative supervision to a staff of performance and/or financial auditors. Direct, plan, organize, coordinate, and lead the program/field office in accomplishing the work within the framework of established priorities, OIG's mission, and the goals and objectives outlined by the Inspector General (IG), Deputy IG, Assistant Inspector General for Audit (AIGA), and DAIGA.
