SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will establish priorities, integrate Command-wide Tactical Information Technology and is the focal point and representative on all Command Tactical Information Technology activities: You will develop policy and procedural guidelines for the Headquarters, Echelon II, III and IV commands, world-wide. You will lead both short-term and long-range planning efforts pertaining to the Command's Tactical Information Technology resources. You will direct actions to obtain resources and material to support the Information Technology systems for the entire Naval Special Warfare force, world-wide: prepares submissions for long-range resource planning. You will direct and oversee the development of systems that provide immediate processing alternatives in the event of system, LAN or WAN failure. You will maintain professional contacts with specialists in the areas of Information Technology, RF communications, and associated systems.
