Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment)

Develop, coordinate and/or execute enterprise-wide plans to initiate and maintain a highly visible recruitment program to stimulate interest and attract qualified applicants for a variety of hard-to-fill medical occupations. Function as technical expert on human capital solutions that focus on the development and execution of recruitment plans, strategies and innovative business practices. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of all recruitment and placement authorities related to Medical positions including Title 5, Title 38 for both competitive and excepted service appointments. Make personal contact with representatives of medical/health organizations, hospitals, educational institutions, and other activities necessary to develop viable recruitment sources to attract potentially qualified applicants.
