IT SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ANALYSIS)

Provides project oversight, scope, schedule, budget, and problem solving. Works with the project team to support planning, developing, testing, and implementation of new systems in support of the medical information IT systems. Ensures all actions necessary for development or major modifications to systems are properly managed and controlled. Conducts IT project scope analysis using input from customers and suppliers. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide life cycle cost estimates and risk mitigation procedures. Performs configuration management to support hardware and software developments and modifications. Documents IT project specifications, explains variations, and recommends corrective measures for current or future projects.
