Warehouse Worker

*Bi-weekly review of applicants Warehouse Administration (65%) Performs a wide range of warehousing activities including receiving, storing and issuing a variety of supplies, materials and equipment. Receives, unloads and processes incoming shipments. Coordinates deliveries with base supply center. Acts as a receiving agent and verifies quantity against purchasing documents. Verifies that goods are intact and free of defects. Reports over, short or damaged conditions. Completes and signs shipping and receiving documents. Works with accounting division to coordinate the return of damaged or defective equipment. Enters deliveries into inventory data base. Conducts annual inventory, which requires counting types and quantities of items. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse to meet safety and fire regulations. Sweeps floors and disposes of packing materials and boxes. Determines organization, arrangement and layout of storage space. Stocks merchandise and stacks pall
