Supervisory Program Manager

Serve as director leading and managing staff of specialists setting priorities ensuring high-quality performance to be build a strong, capable workforce. Oversee complex portfolio projects to establish changes in strategic priorities, business needs and resource availability. Direct implementation of enterprise level projects focused on data insights and analytics. Plan and organize resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of OSPR's functional responsibilities by providing recommendations to leadership on strategies. Maintains high-level contacts with internal and external stakeholders to plan long-range goals, coordinate work across organizations, and resolve differences to ensure consistent and accurate information sharing.
