IT Specialist

The incumbent supports managers of the office which are responsible for coordination and liaison with various internal and external clientele. Incumbent serves as the Division Analyst, Release, Asset, and Service Configuration Management, serving as a liaison to counterparts in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) and other areas within the Office of Information and Technology (OIT). Major Duties Coordinate, communicate, integrate, and is accountable for the overall success of the program.
