About the role
You will supervise the Facilities Planning and Maintenance Branch including up to twelve subordinates. You will prepare investment plans, interpret facility planning policies, and develop strategies to meet mission objectives. You will develop multi-year action plans, establishing project priorities and budget planning and execution. You will manage facility spaces within the Shipyard and will staff, resource, and coordinate the planning and use of facility spaces. You will determine organizational and budgetary requirements for the Facilities Planning and Maintenance Branch. You will investigate, identify, and resolve problems across the Shipyard and Command lines.
