SUPERVISORY EDUCATION SERVICES SPECIALIST

Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Serves as the installation Education and Training Section Chief. Program responsibility involves oversight of education and training programs and services. Oversees professional educational and vocational guidance and testing services. Administers the Education and Training Section's annual operating budget. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher level management or headquarters.
