INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY ENGINEER

You will review completeness and accuracy of engineering products associated with various types of dry dock system problems and repairs You will implement and monitor training and development plans for all personnel in the branch, and completing formal employee performance evaluations. You will provide all necessary managerial and administrative duties associated with the operation of the branch, including: Technical, Schedule and Budget oversight for all engineering documents that are prepared/issued in the branch. You will serve as an engineering technical consultant and principal advisor to the Division Manager, on all cognizant matters related to dry dock Engineering and Planning.
