About the role
You will be responsible for long- and short-range planning and scheduling of ammunition/explosive and inert receipt, storage, and issue operations. You will receive, review and recommend acceptance or rejection of workload demands from all customers. You will determine manpower, material, equipment, and maintenance requirements. You will originate, review, and respond to classified and unclassified Naval message traffic and other correspondence. You will manage the short- and long-range ship schedules for ammunition operations. You will review and update automated information systems including the Automated Planning System (APS) and the ordnance logistics system.
