Supervisory Intelligence Specialist (Staff Management)

Serves as an Intelligence Force Management Action Officer and point of contact for 513TH MI BDE Develops, coordinates, prepares, and/or modifies the personnel and equipment portions of brigade-level Tables of Organization and Equipment, Modified Tables of Organization and Equipment , Tables of Distribution , and Mobilization . Equitably assigns work among employees and provides expert direction for analytical agenda. Ensure subordinates receive training and experience required to perform the work assigned. Accepts, amends, or rejects the work of subordinates based on the relationships between the initial concept and the final product.
