Alerts the supervisor and Command leadership to any technical issues that adversely affect records retention routines and recommends alternative means of capturing RM content until such issues are resolved. Reviews and assesses proposed strategies and plans for meeting RM requirements Verifies documentation associated with the employee life cycle, including training (as noted above) and confirming turnover of all information assets by departing employees and contractors is performed on schedule. Throughout the life cycle of these efforts, participates actively in multi-disciplinary working groups ensuring RM-related issues are appropriately and effectively integrated. Performs comprehensive analyses of current RM strategies and processes and makes recommendations for refinement Establishes and employs automated tools to facilitate scheduling of such training at required intervals, and to track and report achievement of training requirements.
