About the role

Serves as a Program Specialist responsible for management, control, development, coordination and execution of assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management. Controls and manages project schedules, milestones, scopes, quality controls, risks, issues, communication management, and budgets from preliminary stages through design, construction, and operations for projects. The incumbent is delegated the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities of two or more employees Assists management in the planning stages of organizational or procedural training needs on the logical relationships of duties, sources, availability, and full utilization of needed skills Provides management advice on training needs and enhancing employee potential through training. Responsible for information and records management as it relates to the Project Management Business Process (PMBP) and P2 (P3e Primavera Project Planner Enterprise) Reporting Suit
