Program Manager (A&E)

Serve as an A/E Program Manager leading the overall planning, execution, and risk management of complex acquisition projects. Facilitate project teams through acquisition management processes. Coordinate competitive and non-competitive engineering and technical service acquisitions, evaluating complex contractor proposals and technical methodologies through rigorous source selection processes.
