INTERDISCIPLINARY

Reviews quality control plans and procedures and assessments of contractor performance through regular field surveillance and daily documentation procedures. Assures that requirements developed in 3-phase inspections comply with contract documents and are incorporated into the work and takes necessary steps to resolve deficiencies Prepares QA report for each day site is visited. Reviews design submittals, performing review and coordinating with customers. Assists in preparation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and changes to the PMP baseline scope, schedule and budget. Obtains timely and cost effective projects through proper contract administration in accordance with contract requirements and Resident Office policies and procedures.
