About the role
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Facilitates alignment with the strategic plans regarding employee learning by tracking submissions, evaluations, and completion of trainings. Provides guidance, consultation, and assistance to managers and employees on training and development matters. Provides technical and regulatory assistance to others on recording, correcting and processing of timecards. Conducting or arranging for training needs assessments and developing and distributing opportunities on various platforms. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Management and Program Analyst GS-0343-12, Full Performance Level (FPL) GS-13 positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
