Management Assistant (Office Automation)

Prepare schedules for providers to the general pediatric clinic based on input given on provider availability. Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions using judgment to answer recurring questions and resolve problems. Assist the Clinic Management Team (CMT) with projects designed to improve clinic efficiency. Read incoming correspondence, publications, regulations, and directives which may affect the department, and determine those-that can be acted upon personally. Ensure all new providers are credentialed by the credentialing office prior to opening their schedules.
