Supervisory Architect

Serve as Chief of the Architectural Section, providing technical leadership and oversight for architectural design on military and civil works projects, including review of designs prepared by in-house staff and architect-engineer (A-E) firms. Supervise and manage architectural and interior design staff, including assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, and supporting employee development, training, and career progression Lead quality assurance and technical review efforts, ensuring architectural designs meet applicable codes, standards (e.g., UFC), and project requirements, and are accurate, complete, and constructible.
