About the role
You will coordinate Alteration Installation Team (AIT) functions to support Temporary Alterations (TEMPALTs) to include Ships/Submarine of Opportunity (SOO), Manned Submersibles, Remotely Operational Vehicles (ROVs) and other systems. You will coordinate with Ocean Engineering Department Production and Maintenance branch heads for refurbishment and timely delivery of equipment to meet mission requirements. You will review and develop proposed engineering changes and implement approved changes in form of Technical Direction letters or other documents. You will revise work priorities and schedules to support production efforts. You will coordinate manpower and other resources to meet demands or priorities. You will coordinate the mobilization, installation, and removal of all SOO TEMPALT equipment. You will coordinate all AIT action, engineering changes, integration, mobilization, installation, removal, and logistics activities for approved TEMPALT ship sets.
