IT SPECIALIST (PROJMGT)

Gather, analyze, document, and manage stakeholder requirements, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate clear capability needs and associated gaps. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to define scope, create schedules, manage risks, allocate tasks, ensure quality, communicate progress, and foster collaboration across organizations to facilitate informed senior leader decisions. Decompose Operational Requirement into high-level capability requirements for IT services/capabilities. Identify and prepare the documentation of the high-level requirements in a Capability Needs Statement. Provide feedback to leadership and stakeholders through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers, both formally and informally. Regularly brief senior leadership/staff on project status and significant developments. Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in team meetings, resulting in added value to the team's products and service
