Assists in performance of mooring maintenance. Serves as deck hand on fleet craft and barges. The ideal applicant is able to work in all types of weather conditions and remain standing for extended periods while aboard fleet craft and barges. They demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following established rules and regulations, identifying potential hazards, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions to their supervisor.
