SUPV IT PROGRAM MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

Provides supervisory leadership by establishing performance standards for direct reports, overseeing subordinate supervisors, and providing guidance on disciplinary matters involving non-supervisory employees Ensures optional organization capability and resource utilization to achieve mission objectives through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement methodologies. Develops, implements and oversees compliance with comprehensive plans, policies and standards that establish the operational framework for the assigned mission. The incumbent is responsible for advising and managing subordinate civilian staff of multiple Tier I support desks Comprehensive knowledge of and expert skill in formulating and directing programs, policies and concepts in support of mission goals.
