FACILITIES AND REAL ESTATE PROGRAM MANAGER

The position oversees plans and coordination of building and facility improvements, the outlining immediate improvements and of future requirements by fiscal year. Performs administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff members supervised. Develops work improvement plans and recommends personnel actions for subordinate employees, as necessary. Directs the planning, development, and implementation of contract support to the Division. Reviews, and interprets policies and regulations issued by DOD and Federal agencies which relate to space management and real estate activities.
