SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Develops, directs, manages, and coordinates the logistics and facilities management, and business process management operations of the organization. Develops local policies and procedures pertaining to facility real property, safety, transportation, property management and supply operations. The position must have knowledge and ability to apply international laws, regulations and cultural context of construction locations and customs logistics. Evaluates the effectiveness of operations supervised in terms of mission accomplishment, quality, and quantity standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance and technical competence. Advises the director and other high-level stakeholders in the process of developing and designing the organization to meet the DISA mission.
