About the role
Directs, plans, develops, promotes, executes and evaluates youth programs and services which include management and operation of a teen center (if applicable), an accredited school age care program, sports and fitness program, single-day, overnight, and extended field trips and tours, swimming, social events, crafts, music, self-directed activities, instructional classes, recreational and leisure activities, teen and preteen councils and clubs, youth sponsorship programs, summer day camp, and logistic support for out-of-town and out-of-country visiting youth organizations. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Youth Center, ensuring that all Youth Programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
