About the role
Lead a team of Health Insurance Specialists by planning and assigning work assignments, monitoring progress, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring completion of work supporting HPMS and Medicare Advantage and Part D program operations. Communicate priorities, deadlines, milestones, work status, issues, recommendations, and training needs to supervisors, team members, and stakeholders. Perform systems analysis for HPMS functionality and operational processes supporting Medicare Advantage and Part D program lifecycle activities. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and support business process reengineering, design consultation, testing, and implementation planning. Manage HPMS contractor work to support the production and delivery of functionality and software modules for Medicare Advantage and Part D business needs.
