IT Program Manager (Enterprise Architect and Information Security)

Develops and recommends requirements and participates in developing and implementing acquisition and program strategies, coordinates with GSA acquisition and program personnel in preparing solicitations for the enhancement of IT offerings, and evaluates and analyzes submitted proposals. Assists with the development of new IT programs and contracts and existing IT programs and contracts to ensure the most current IT support technologies and services are being made available to customers. Develops and recommends technical solutions and provides technical guidance in IT security implementation to Federal agency clients in accordance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Executive Orders (EO), Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) requirements. Creates and develops events, presentations, and other informational resources for use by senior man
