Program Manager (Training)

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within Human Capital and Training, and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Analyze agency and other stakeholder requirements to define program outcomes and ensure employee development programs align with and support the identified outcomes. Determine organizational training data needs and facilitate conversations with program office leaders and their staff to help them identify data points and analyses necessary to improve employee skills and workplace performance. Evaluate program content, outcomes and performance to determine participant reaction, learning and transference to the workplace as appropriate. Leverage technology to support efficient program delivery and communication. Design and deliver effective communications regarding programs both to enlist support and endorsement from stakeholders and to inform potential program participants
