Management and Program Analyst

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Administration and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Plan and conduct broad and in-depth logistics studies and detailed analyses, and make recommendations for solutions and improvements. Develop and coordinate planning and internal controls for submission of logistics related data and requests. Develop and amend existing issuances and directives and evaluate policies in all areas of logistics management. Develop and/or conduct briefings, presentations, conference material and other communications for logistics management. Investigate control deficiencies to identify and provide recommendations to improve controls for Property, Fleet, Excess Equipment Disposal, Parking, Transit Subsidy, and Mail Management to leadership. Coordinate with logistics process owners to ensure proper development and execution of corrective action
