Health Insurance Specialist

Serve as a technical expert and advisor in the internal regulatory development and clearance processes for rulemaking activities in OG. Lead regulation and guidance development as required by federal law. Develop and provide high-level oversight and project management throughout the lifecycle of all regulations that impact the private health insurance market and key stakeholders. Deliver technical assistance to members of Congress and Congressional staff by providing written feedback on draft legislation, responding to formal Congressional correspondence, preparing talking points and/or attending meetings as requested.
