About the role
Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist providing technical and advisory assistance in support of the information management needs of the United States Attorney's Office (USAO). Performs a variety of tasks associated with the day-to-day operations and administration of IT and related systems within the Office of the United States Attorney. Typical work assignments will include: Maintaining network architecture and infrastructure Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems Implementing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability Monitoring functionality, security, and integrity of internet services Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer hardware and software Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
