About the role
As a Manager for Internal Communications, you will: Provide internal communication counsel and advice to OCC staff. Serve as the agency expert on internal communication. Develop, coordinate, and implement internal communication plans and programs at the OCC to increase awareness and understanding of agency goals, objectives, policies, and programs. Plan, organize, implement, and direct activities associated with developing, coordinating, and implementing internal communication programs. Coordinate with and provide guidance to other OCC divisions, management, contractors, designers, and printers in executing communication plans. Plan and conduct appropriate training for OCC employees on how to prepare information for OCC's internal audiences. Write, edit, and produce special projects using electronic and print media as required to execute communication plans successfully.
