ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Serves as District Point of Contact (POC) and technical authority for reliability compliance matters with higher headquarters, other activity chiefs, regulatory agencies and power marketing agencies. Represents the District at meetings and conferences concerning reliability compliance and related technical matters. Analyzes and stays informed on emerging cyber security threads to critical infrastructure systems, which includes participation in classified and unclassified briefings. Resolves difficult and controversial technical problems for all aspects of the reliability compliance program. Prepares and staffs regulations, policy documents, memoranda of instructions, circulars, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc., pertaining to the reliability compliance program.
