FINANCIAL MANAGER

You will assist the Comptroller in the distribution, monitoring and control of fiscal resources for NSWG-2. Conducts program planning and budget analysis through the development of forecasting pattern, resolution of reprogramming actions. You will execute budget operations that consist of multiple fund sources, numerous appropriations, reimbursements, and contracts. You will interpret financial program guidelines and directives from higher authority, determines their relationship to current operations, and issues guidance to and advises project managers in the preparation of command budget submissions. You will provide overall staff direction and guidance in the development and submission of the commands operating budgets to the DoN and other applicable agencies and the distribution of funding to subordinate and other activities executing NSWG-2.
