SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PROCESSES)

You will manage Planning Functions for all command repair, class maintenance and alteration planning, associated with submarine and ship repair and maintenance of TRIDENT submarines and other ships, submarines and craft assigned. You will manage master job and active job files regarding applicability, standardization and compliance with various Fleet, NAVSEA and command directives. You will oversee the creation of new maintenance requirements/estimates and the updating of existing requirements/estimates in the division Master Job File. You will plan short- and long-term work schedules, establish and set priorities on the basis of specified work schedules, levels of difficulties and employee capabilities. Identify problems with scheduled production efforts and recommend solutions.
