About the role

You will develop, analyze, implement and evaluate managerial policies to achieve personnel readiness for the force. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates. You will provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; making decisions on work problems presented by subordinates. You will serve as senior advisor for personnel readiness and personnel readiness reporting by providing policy, expertise and technical guidance to subordinate commands and Directors/Chiefs of Staff. You will analyze and evaluate changes to the Navy Personnel distribution system. Determines economic and/or efficiency benefits of change proposals, feasibility of implementation, and monitors changes in test.
