Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

Serves as Contracting Officer Representative (COR Level II), monitoring payments, schedules, and quality of contract deliverables. Serves as a project manager, coordinating appropriate flows of information between the Facilities and Engineering departments, and ensure all cost-drivers are adequately captured. Tracks and support on project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Evaluates work performance of subordinates. Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
