About the role
The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity. Will serve as the federal oversight authority, ensuring that all offsite biometric collection and verification activities comply with established federal requirements. Will compile and submit detailed reports that outline each visit, findings, and any actions taken. Daily reporting will serve multiple purposes, tracking the progress of the off-site collection of biometrics, travel details and noted trends. Will be tasked with implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols and standards specifically tailored for off-site biometric collection processes. Will be responsible for the resolution of outstanding identity cases, leveraging analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge on identity resolution. Will analyze case details, review documentation, and employ problem-solving skills
