About the role
You will: Lead coordination of management, operational and strategic issues ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to foster an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to mission success. Serve as OCSPP's principal advisor on the development of regulations, policies, and guidance; information collections and delegations; Information Quality Act challenges; ethics; Federal Register documents; and related activities. Develop program objectives or legislative and regulatory initiatives to facilitate achievement of regulatory coordination throughout the program office. Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders by building effective working relationships, providing programmatic guidance, resolving any issues that arise, and fostering collaboration.
