What will I do in this position if hired? In this position you will serve as a Supervisory Emergency management Specialist. Typical assignments include: Coordinating and implementing the Response Director's priorities and goals for the Division. Supervising and leading branch chiefs in program development and outcome-driven accountability that improves and maintains federal disaster response readiness for the Region. Coordinating disaster response readiness integration activities with federal, state, local, tribal, nonprofit, and private-sector partners. Advising the response director on emergency management policies gaps, operational issues, resource needs, and response program improvements. Serving in a senior leadership role within the Regional Response Coordination Center (RRCC) when activated. What else do I need to know?
