About the role
You will process and evaluate incoming college transcripts and conduct evaluations of coursework from colleges or universities to determine course applicability to degree programs, and post eligible transfer credit to student records. You will post credits to student records, make recommendations to the academic registrar, post military evaluation results to student records, and load information into student information system and academic records. You will assist advisors and other faculty with admissions questions, enrollment services information and answer telephone, respond to email enquiries. You will maintain relationships with internal and external academic community and institutions and prepare reports and summaries and reply to inquiries using data and statistics. You will ensure procedures, guidelines, and laws/regulations governing public employees, including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction, and confidentiality are followed and maintain
