SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC)

You will ensure that all security safeguards are sufficient to maintain the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of information during processing, transmission, or storage in accordance with the agency guidelines. You will participate in the establishment of appropriate and effective cyber security methodologies and documented processes. You will provide expert technical advice and guidance on significant risk management and assessment activities that improve cyber security in the critical infrastructure. You will evaluate the risks of temporary connectivity for conferences, professors, etc. and provide recommendations for management approval. You will serve as a supervisor for personnel engaged in performing cyber security project work, operations, and maintenance on IT systems.
