About the role
Performs work involving the establishment, customization, and implementation of workflows in OGC's eDiscovery Review Management System (eDRMS) to facilitate end-user review of documents and electronically stored information. Monitors and reports on the status of and progress of work, including checking on in-progress and completed work to ensure the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, and deadlines and quality have been met. Maintains program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and makes available policies, procedures, and written instructions from the supervisor. Creates procedures and training materials related to eDRMS workflow and production techniques, as applicable to litigation teams. Consults with the Assistant General Counsel, eDIG, and the Litigation Support Manager to keep them informed of the status of various projects.
