Management and Program Analyst

The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Monitors, analyzes, and summarizes data trends which are likely to impact program operations. Participates in planning and development of program goals and objectives. Employs innovative, thoughtful problem-solving skills and utilizes, develops, or embraces technological opportunities and tools. Generates timely, accurate, and meaningful reports for management review in order to aid in the decision-making process
