Regional Program Analyst (Professional and Program Development)

CYP consists of Child Development Centers (CDC), the Child Development Home (CDH) program, School-Age Care (SAC), Youth Programs, Community Outreach and other programs for ages, birth to 18. The CYP has a vital impact on morale, and thus the retention and productivity of military and civilian personnel. This work is considered mission essential. This position requires frequent contact, collaboration with and advisement to multiple levels: CNIC/Region CYP Teams, Installation T&Cs, Installation Program Managers, as well as, briefing installation leadership. Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinates with Installation Child and Youth Program (ICYP) Director/Oversight, program managers, and trainers to design and implement the annual CYP program plan based on trends and analysis to include: training goals and objectives, plan to meet installation needs, curriculum framework that encompasses the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children/youth.
