Supports Knowledge Management environment; build knowledge teams and develop a migration plan for content to support and promote Knowledge Management. Plans, develops, and implements Knowledge Management policies, processes, procedures, and program guidance. Educates leadership and employees about Knowledge Management and its benefits. Communicates Knowledge Management to the organization and represent organization's leadership at external Knowledge Management meetings. Participates in staff calls, conferences, council meetings, and provide recommendations/options for Knowledge Management.
