PROGRAM ANALYST

You will be responsible for providing guidance and schedules for the Information Assurance (IA) program plans and events, alongside managing contract oversight to ascertain contractor performance and compliance. You will oversee operations for FMS cases within Team Submarine to include the development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance for the acquisition of approved systems and services. You will work directly with Navy International Programs Office to develop and maintain the export policy as voted upon by the Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board. You will work closely with Program Offices, Partners and Allies for the day-to-day administration of Cooperative Programs. You will oversee and attend Program Management Reviews and Executive Steering Committees with Partners and Allies. You will work with Naval Undersea Warfare Centers, Naval Supply System, and Naval Sea Systems Command to coordinate the efforts to fulfill all contract requirements to build, deliver, and ma
