Director Customer Engagement

Serves as the Director of the Customer Engagement Group and exercises the full range of supervisory personnel management authorities over senior level GS-14 subject matter experts. Manage DCMA’s strategic outreach to leaders in the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment, Research and Engineering, 4th Estate Agencies, Military Services, Buying Commands, and non-DoW Agencies Represents DCMA on boards, councils, and task groups convened by external stakeholders. Participates with high level representatives of public and private industry on matters pertaining to customer expectations. Provides leadership to subordinates and technical guidance to executive/management level representatives from the Military Services, DCMA, and other Government Agencies.
