About the role

Historic Masonry Preservation: Restore, repair, reconstruct, and preserve historic masonry features, including brick, stone, stucco, mortar, and other traditional materials. Match historic materials, finishes, and construction techniques to maintain the integrity and character of historic structures. Historic Roofing Preservation: Inspect, repair, and restore historic roofing systems; locate and correct leaks; and install historically appropriate roofing materials, flashing, gutters, and related components while maintaining historic integrity. Historic Painting Preservation: Preserve historic paint finishes and colors by removing deteriorated coatings using appropriate methods, preparing surfaces, matching historic colors, and applying specialized finishes in accordance with preservation standards.
